Questions?

Let’s clear a few things up.

  • Yes, parking is available out front and along the side of the building.
The elevator is on the south side. I’m on the second floor — down the hall and to the right.

  • Yes — please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. That gives me time to offer your spot to someone else. No-shows and late cancels may be charged a fee.

  • Some insurance plans cover acupuncture. I’m not contracted with any providers, but I’ll happily provide a superbill (receipt with treatment codes) you can submit for reimbursement.

  • It depends on what we’re working on. Acute issues might resolve in a few visits.

Long-standing conditions usually need more consistent care. We’ll discuss a treatment plan after your initial assessment.

    • Complete your intake forms at least 24 hours ahead

    • Make sure a credit card is on file to hold your spot

    • Eat a light meal and hydrate

    • Wear something comfy you can move in (like gym clothes)

  • Yes! Most people go straight back to work or errands. I wouldn’t recommend a hard workout right away if we’ve done a lot of dry needling — but otherwise, you’re good to go.

  • The needles are super thin — most people feel nothing or a tiny pinch. Some areas are more sensitive, but I’ll always adjust to keep you comfortable. Most clients say it’s way easier than they expected.

  • We use external needling techniques (no internal work here!) to target the muscles of the pelvic floor and surrounding areas. This helps increase blood flow, reduce tension, and restore proper function.

  • Nope. All pelvic floor acupuncture is done externally. Unlike pelvic PT, there’s no internal palpation or manipulation.

    • Pelvic pain or pressure

    • Pain with intimacy (dyspareunia)

    • Incontinence or frequent urination

    • Prolapse

    • Constipation

    • Postpartum recovery

    • Low back, hip, or core instability

  • No. I don’t offer labor induction treatments. If you’re 38 weeks and just “done” — I totally get it — but I’m not your person for that.

  • Absolutely. If you’ve got a pelvis, you’ve got a pelvic floor — and it can cause problems no matter your gender. I treat men all the time for things like low back pain, hip tension, core weakness, and post-surgical tightness. It’s a key player in strength and stability for every body.

Policies + Communication

Respect on both sides of the table — here’s how we keep things clear, comfortable, and running smoothly.

  • Please complete your intake form at least 24 hours before your appointment so I can review it in advance.

  • If you're more than 15 minutes late, it's considered a no-show and may be subject to a fee.

  • This is a scent-aware space — please avoid wearing perfumes or strong scents.

  • No DMs or texts for booking. Use the website or email to schedule and manage appointments.

  • I run the clinic solo — please give me 24 hours to return calls or emails. I promise I haven’t forgotten you.

  • Pelvic floor work is always done with full consent, clear communication, and your comfort in mind. Treatments are 100% external, and we only go as far as you feel ready. You can ask questions, pause, or stop at any time — you’re in control, always.
